Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Whether you're rolling in Rotterdam, Paris, Berlin or somewhere on the other side of the planet — we'll get your order to you.

Order processing

• Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on a working day are picked, packed and handed to PostNL the same day.
• Orders placed after 17:00, in the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
• Standard processing time: 1–3 working days before your order leaves our warehouse in Nijmegen.

Letterbox-friendly

Most OSH orders fit straight through your letterbox — so you don't have to be home to receive your kit. For larger orders or thicker packaging we'll send it as a regular parcel that you can collect or have re-delivered if you're out.

* Customs and import duties: orders shipped outside the EU customs union (including UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and all other non-EU destinations) may be subject to local import duties, VAT or handling fees. These costs are paid by you, the recipient, and are not included in your order total. Check your local customs rules before ordering.
