1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you or a third party designated by you receives the product. You then have a further 14 days to return the product.

2. Exception: personalised products

Personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under art. 6:230p sub f (1) of the Dutch Civil Code. This means: all shirts with a name, number, text or any other custom element chosen by you are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.

Before you can add a personalised shirt to your cart, you explicitly agree to this exclusion.

3. Conditions for a valid return (non-personalised products)

The product must be:

•       unworn and unwashed

•       fitted with all original labels

•       in its original packaging

•       suitable for resale

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused or may result in a reduction in value that will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Registering a return

Register your return within 14 days of receipt via oshgiwear@gmail.com or the return form on our website. Include your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason. You will then receive return instructions.

6. Return costs

The cost of returning items is at the buyer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case we will reimburse the return costs in full.

7. Refund

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used for your order. We aim to inspect and process your return within 5 working days of receipt.

8. Paid with Klarna?

If you chose to pay later via Klarna, also register your return in the Klarna app so your invoice is paused. Once we have processed your return, Klarna will automatically adjust the outstanding amount. Do not pay outstanding Klarna invoices for returned items — this prevents unnecessary chargebacks.

9. Received a defective or incorrect product?

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via oshgiwear@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate solution (replacement or refund) and cover the return costs.
